Sophie Chappell, an associate with Couple and Family Therapy Montreal, is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Creative Arts Therapist. She has experience working with individuals and couples, as well as teens and children both individually and in groups. Sophie has a special interest in working with couples, using Emotionally Focused Therapy, an approach that helps repair and strengthen the emotional bond between partners by identifying, then changing the destructive patterns of interaction that distance and divide. She helps couples who are struggling with distance, conflict, disconnection and a variety of other relationship issues.
